Apple said its new watchOS 11 software for the Apple Watch will include a Vitals app that pulls together key health metrics.

The Vitals app will keep tabs on things like heart rate, wrist temperature, and sleep patterns. The app will give alerts when metrics are abnormal.

The cycle tracking app will also offer new features for pregnancy, including track things like heart rates during pregnancy.

The new operating system will also include a training mode to measure the intensity of workouts.

Apple's live activities feature from the iPhone is also coming to watches so that apps can provide temporary pop ups for things like sports scores or delivery updates.
