Latest Massachusetts snowfall totals for Feb. 13 nor'easter

THIS IS WHAT'S LEFT HERE. JUST A SLUSHY MESS IN THIS PARKING LOT. YOU KNOW, WE GOT A COUPLE INCHES OF SNOW DOWN THIS WAY. SO IT REALLY WASN'T THE DEPTH OF THE SNOW THAT WAS THE ISSUE. IT WAS THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW. THAT PROVED TO BE A BIT OF A CHALLENGE. THE SHOVELS ARE HEAVY FOR THIS SNOWSTORM. VERY HEAVY, VERY SLUSHY, VERY WET. I ALMOST THINK WE SHOULD HAVE COME OUT A COUPLE OF HOURS AGO AND DONE SOME. EVEN IF YOU HAVE A SNOW BLOWER OR PLOW CLEARING THIS HEAVY SNOW IS TAKING MULTIPLE PASSES. I FIGURED I'D, UH, KIND OF GET HALFWAY THROUGH IT AND START GETTING IT OUT OF THE WAY BECAUSE MY SNOW BLOWER WON'T HANDLE IT IF IT'S TOO DEEP AND IT'S SLUSHY, IF IT BINDS UP ON YOU, YOU KNOW, YOU MIGHT BLOW A HOSE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. SO YOU GOT TO BE REALLY CAREFUL, YOU KNOW, WITH THE THICK, HEAVY, WET STUFF, HEAVY SNOW COATED ROADWAYS ALL DAY. AS CREWS WORKED TO CLEAR THE SLUSHY MESS. BUT MANY AREN'T COMPLAINING IN WHAT'S SO FAR BEEN AN EASY WINTER. THIS YEAR HAS BEEN REALLY LIGHT. WE'LL SEE WHAT YOU KNOW THE REST OF WINTER BRINGS US, ESPECIALLY THIS MARCH. AND TONIGHT THERE'S STILL WORKING TO CLEAR THIS PARKING LOT. WE'VE ALSO SEEN POWER CREWS OUT TONIGHT WORKING TO RESTORE POWER TO THOUSANDS
