Here are some highlights:

Refsnyder on how coming up with the Yankees helps him now in Boston (6:00):

"I think it's just the media presence. I don't think you have a media presence without winning, great baseball. That was a nice thing I learned with New York. I was always on the fringe of their roster, I wasn't a big name or anything like that, but the media presence was huge there. The 25th guy was getting questions asked. It was not overwhelming but it was definitely an eye-opening experience. Then you go to other organizations where it's not even close. You can play really bad baseball and it doesn't seem as big. Here and with the Yankees, the fan base wants to see their players play extremely hard and play winning baseball up to their standard. It's a cool thing. That's what baseball should be."

Refsnyder on what he intrigued him about signing with the Red Sox as a minor league free agent (2:45):

"I just wanted to be part of a winning organization, a good team. That's the most important thing at this point, just being part of a winning baseball team, having good communication with the front office. I'm 31, so definitely coming into an interesting part of my career. I think the average age of this team is around that age. Definitely not a young guy anymore. Just trying to get somewhere where my wife, my son, myself and my family are comfortable and have a good line of communication with the front office and staff, which the Red Sox went above and beyond early on with what I was looking for."
