Forgot a few ingredients for your Turkey feast? There's a good chance your nearest story might be closed.

More big name stores like Walmart and Target have decided to close their doors on Thanksgiving day in recent years, while others like Aldi continue to observe a long-standing tradition of remaining closed on the holiday.

Even grocery stores that are open might have reduced hours to allow their employees to make it home in time for dinner. Store hours may vary by location, so it's best to check online before you jump in your car.

Here's what grocery stores are open and closed on Thanksgiving.
