- 2021 (Oklahoma): Freshman All-American. Honorable Mention All-Big 12 Conference. Played in 11 games and started final seven contests (136-211-64.5, 1,912 yards, 21 TDs, 4 INTs passing; 79-442-5.6, 6 TDs rushing), replacing Heisman hopeful Spencer Rattler.
- 2022: Heisman Trophy winner (seventh in USC history), Walter Camp Player of the Year, Maxwell Award winner, Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year, first-team All-Pac-12 Conference. First-team Associated Press All-American. Led the FBS with a school-record 42 passing TDs, ranked third in FBS with a school-record 4,537 passing yards and fourth with school-record passing efficiency (168.5; 333-500-66.6, 5 INTs). Set USC single-season records for QB with 382 rushing yards (113 carries, 3.4 per, 10 TDs). Selected to the Allstate AFCA Goodworks Team. Started all 14 games.
- 2023: Honorable Mention All-Pac-12 Conference. Finalist for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award (nation's top QB). Ranked top 10 in FBS with 170.1 passing efficiency, 30 passing TDs, 9.4 yards per attempt and 3,633 passing yards (266-388-68.6, 5 INTs). Led the team with 11 rushing TDs (99-121-1.2, 11 TD). Started 12 games.

- 2020: Played in all four games with one start (6-72-12.0).
- 2021: Started seven of the final nine contests (41-415-10.1, 4 TDs). Missed the first three games due to injuries.
- 2022: Third-team Associated Press All-American. First-team All-Pac-12 Conference. Ranked 10th in the FBS with 1,145 receiving yards (75 receptions, 15.3 per, 7 TDs). Played in 12 games with eight starts (3-6-2.0 rushing).
- 2023: First-team Associated Press All-American. First-team All-Pac-12 Conference. Finalist for the Biletnikoff Award (nation's top WR). Led the FBS with a school-record 1,640 receiving yards (17.8 per), ranked sixth with 1,781 all-purpose yards, tied for sixth with 92 receptions and 13 receiving TDs. Played in all 15 games with 14 starts (2-37-18.5, TD rushing; 2-17-8.5 KR). Team's Offensive Skill Player of the Year and team captain. Suffered a broken rib and punctured lung recovering an onsides kick versus Arizona. Stayed in a hospital overnight and rested over the bye week before playing in the team's win over Oregon.
