The official synopsis reads: "A thriving New York couple Emily (Dynevor) and Luke (Ehrenreich) can't get enough of each other. "When a coveted promotion at a cutthroat financial firm arises, supportive exchanges between the lovers begin to sour into something more sinister. As the power dynamics irrevocably shift in their relationship, Luke and Emily must face the true price of success and the unnerving limits of ambition." Fair Play has also been garnering attention for a surprising sex scene between Ehrenreich and Dynevor's characters. As detailed in Variety, the scene involves the pair attending a wedding where they sneak off to the bathroom for some 'alone time'. Only, their romp ends with Dynevor's character with a blood-stained dress. Speaking about the scene, she told the publication: "I loved it. [When I read the script], I was like, 'Hallelujah'. I'd never seen a scene like that on film before. It happens. I don't want to spoil too much, but it was fun to bring to life. "We had a week of rehearsals before we got onto set. On the day, it felt like we knew what we were doing at that point." Bridgerton seasons 1-2 are streaming now on Netflix. Season 3 is in production.
