The actress-turned-fitness-q​ueen appeared in good spirits as she was captured making her way back to the car.

The TV star rocked later a £24 black zip hoodie from PrettyLittleThing following her workout session.

It comes after it was reported the stunner is set to appear on the next series of Celebs Go Dating, five months after her split from footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair.

The TV personality parted ways with Scott in October, after 13 years together.

They share three children together Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and son Charlie.

But now, the E4 show is attempting to 'pull out all the stops' to get Helen onboard and find love.

According to The Sun, Celebs Go Dating have put Helen 'at the top of their wish list'.

An insider told the publication: 'Helen is the perfect candidate for Celebs Go Dating and E4 is hoping that she will agree to take part when they approach her for the new series.

'She is a television pro thanks to her time on Corrie and is incredibly glamorous.

'Helen would be the star signing for the show and the production team have put her name at the top of their wish list as they think she would be a hit with viewers. Helen only split from Scott five months ago so it's still very early days for her in terms of finding love.

'She is also a devoted mum to their three children and hasn't had time to meet anyone new.

'But the producers think that Helen may be open to dipping her toe back into the dating pool with the help of the the programme's relationship experts Anna Williamson and Paul C Brunson.

'The show really does try and help the stars find love with people outside of their industry and Helen could take a lot from it.

'They will pull out all of the stops for Helen if did take part.'

Though her split was recent, the star is seemingly ready to find love - after signing up to celebrity dating app Raya.

The former Coronation Street actress signed up to the app last month as she created a profile during a family break in Paris.

Her Bristol Rovers ex Scott, 33, is said to be 'humiliated' by the stars search for love after they separated in October.

A source told The Sun that the blonde beauty is not looking for anything serious but 'wants to enjoy life again' by going on nice dates with some 'male company'.

They said: 'Helen has been feeling more and more positive about the future since the new year and feels ready to enjoy some nice dates and male company. She's feeling super-confident since her boob job and just thought why not?

'Helen and the kids were having a great weekend in Paris and she felt ready to dip her toe back in the water.

'Dating doesn't have to be serious — it's not about finding a rebound relationship. Helen just wants to enjoy life again. Obviously, it's not nice for Scott to hear. He feels humiliated but it is what it is.'

While on the search for love, she hasn't shied away from flaunting her recently enhanced assets after undergoing a breast augmentation.
