Pep Guardiola was visibility irritated when he was accused of being disrespectful with his celebrations during Man City's 4-1 victory over Liverpool. The Spaniard celebrated Julian Alvarez's equaliser wildly, before trying to joke with Reds substitutes Kostas Tsimikas and Arthur Melo, shaking the latter's hand, as the pair returned to the bench. Guardiola was asked what he said to the pair after the final whistle. And when pushed further by reporters, he rolled his eyes and snapped back sarcastically as he took issue with the accusations of disrespect. "I celebrate a goal. Normally I celebrate with my son on the floor. I come here and said, 'The goal was nice, wasn't it?' "That's all. I'm so sorry. You think it was a lack of respect? Ah okay, sorry. I'm so sorry."
