Emergency services were seen descending on a police station amid reports of a fire. Fire engines were seen parked up outside Bala Police Station this afternoon. At around 2.25pm, police said: "Police and fire service are currently dealing with an incident on Pensarn Road Bala - heavy traffic is building. Please avoid the area and find an alternative route. "Thank you for your patience." North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they attended and two engines from Bala and Dolgellau were at the scene. However North Wales Live was directed to the police for further information. A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said they were contacted, but were not required to attend. North Wales Police declined to comment.
