Man Utd's next six Premier League fixtures

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has reportedly vowed to never sell to either of the Manchester clubs again in a massive blow to Harry Kane's chances of joining Manchester United in the summer. Levy has apparently never forgiven himself for sanctioning Kyle Walker's transfer to Manchester City in 2017.

Fans' favourite Walker moved to City for around £50million six years ago and has become a multi-Premier League winner. He made the switch at a time when Spurs were competing with City for trophies.

But the North Londoners have since fallen away and Levy has reportedly never lived down allowing the deal to take place. The stance could affect Kane's future six years on.

Spurs' all-time top scorer has been linked with a summer move to United. Kane has just 18 months remaining on his contract and the off-season potentially presents the final time for Spurs to receive a hefty fee for their vice-captain.

But according to the Daily Mail, Levy has pledged to never sanction a departure to either United or City for any of his players. He still regrets gifting Walker to the reigning Premier League champions over half a decade ago.

Kane will be 30 come the start of next season and could decide he wants to move in a last-ditch attempt to win some silverware. Despite his vast array of personal accolades, the England captain is yet to win a major trophy with either Spurs or the Three Lions.

United have earmarked Kane as a top target. The Red Devils want to sign an elite striker in the summer to finally end their woes in the position.

The striker's future is one of several crises facing Levy at Spurs. Managing director of football Fabio Paratici has been forced to step back from his position after FIFA extended his ban from Italian football to a worldwide, 30-month suspension.

Paratici is expecting to receive a decision on an appeal on April 19. A Spurs statement read: "This week - 29 March 2023 - the FIFA Disciplinary Committee announced a decision to extend the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) sanctions, relating to Fabio Paratici, worldwide.

"This decision was taken in advance of Fabio Paratici's appeal hearing against the FIGC sanctions on 19 April 2023, the result of which would then have been considered by additional stakeholders, including the club.

"Given FIFA's unexpected ruling the sanctions may now have multi-jurisdictional effect, although they are still related to the FIGC appeal. In view of FIFA's decision, Fabio has agreed with the club that he will take an immediate leave of absence pending the outcome of his appeal."

Paratici - who oversees the football operation - would be key to resolving Kane's future and finding a successor to Antonio Conte. Spurs are continuing their recruitment process to find the sacked former head coach's replacement.
