A police helicopter has been spotted circling part of a Kent town today as part of a search for a missing man. Residents in Ashford saw the vehicle this afternoon flying over parts of Kennington. Those in the area also noted seeing a drone fly over the Tudor Road area of the town as well as emergency vehicles near Bella's newsagents in Faversham Road. Others said they had also seen ambulances in the road near the Co-Op. Police have confirmed the helicopter had been dispatched to help with the search for a missing person. A spokesman for the service said the man had now been found safe and well.
