Barbra Streisand held nothing back when commenting on Melissa McCarthy's latest photo.

McCarthy, 53, took to Instagram on Monday, April 29, to share photos of her springtime look at Center Theatre Group's celebration of choreographer Matthew Bourne the night before.

"Pastels only to honor the incredible @matthewbourne13 at the @ctgla gala last night with this fella @adamshankman !!" she captioned the images, in which she wore a robin's egg blue blazer over a spring green, ruffled dress. (Director Shankman, for his part, complemented McCarthy's frock with a pastel pink suit.)

While plenty of celebrities chimed in to praise the Bridesmaids star's ensemble — "These lewks are yummy," commented Octavia Spencer, while both Glenn Close and Mariska Hargitay told McCarthy she was "gorgeous" — it was Streisand, 82, who went further with her reaction.

"Give him my regards did you take Ozempic?" the legendary singer commented on the snap, per a screenshot later shared by Instagram account Comments by Celebs.

Fans immediately went wild, comparing Streisand to a Baby Boomer "Facebook Auntie."

"Omg Babs, you can't just ask people if they're on Ozempic 😳," one person wrote.

"Babs giving major boomer energy here. 😂," shared another.

"Babs with the Facebook Auntie antics 😦," wrote a third commenter.

Followers even came through with their own examples (and imitations).

"Babs typing away on IG like my elderly mom telling me she text someone something, and me explaining: 'No, mom, you wrote it on FB on your wall for all to see.' 😂😂," one person wrote.

"Beautiful dress. Uncle Morty has prostate cancer," quipped another user.

"My regards did you take ozempic? Pam and I were just talking . we saw Bob yesterday. Love Barbra," penned another.

While McCarthy did not publicly respond to Streisand's remark (which appears to have since been deleted), she has spoken out about weight loss critics and her own body image journey throughout the years.

"Parts of my twenties, I was in great shape, but I didn't appreciate it. If I was a six or an eight, I thought, 'Why aren't I a two or a four?'" she told More magazine in 2013, per Us Weekly. "Now I feel like I have two great kids and the dreamiest husband [Ben Falcone] on the planet, and everything else is just a work in progress."
