It's been almost a month since Albion Online opened the doors of its new Albion Europe server to founders pack owners for beta testing and the head start period. Now, everyone else can join in on the fun as the new regional server officially makes its free-to-play launch.

"Albion Online launches today in Europe and MENA, available across PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms," developer Sandbox Interactive announced. "Albion Online Europe offers European and MENA players improved ping, reduced latency, and events designed to suit their schedules. Within this server lies a fresh gaming realm, where every player starts on equal footing, carving out their own slice of Albion and shaping their fate."

Albion Europe is the third regional server to be opened for the PvP sandbox MMORPG alongside Albion Americas and Albion Asia. It supports cross-play between all platforms with 15 language options and different prime time hours to cater specifically to players in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.

Note that some zones in the Outlands and the Roads of Avalon have been temporarily closed off to ensure optimal player density but will eventually be opened up as the server's population grows over time. Players from other regions who are looking to start fresh can also join the new servers without having to worry about too much of a latency gap.
