Kimberly Williams-Paisley is best known for her role in the Father of The Bride films. She has also appeared on Two & A Half Men and Nashville. Last November, Paisley, her husband, singer Brad Paisley, and their two kids went ziplining. She shared a video of the experience on Instagram, captioning it, "The sweet emotion of three zip lines at @highlineadventures in #buellton with @jhay805 and two of our boys! What a rush!"

Paisley has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Southern Living. "It's all about the face: lots of sunscreen and night cream. I just started using Beautycounter for my makeup. Unless I have a photo shoot or something, I'm trying to use the most natural products I can find. I like Juice Beauty mascara and Thistle Farms lip balm."

Paisley opened up about wanting to try new things to Southern Living. "My mom taught me to seek out adventures and come back with stories. The spirit in me that goes out and does things (especially with Huck; he is my risk-taker) comes from her. The reason I went to Guatemala and Haiti—and why I'll go on a 50-foot-high ropes course—is my mom. She said yes to so much in her life. If she was at the beach, she was in the ocean. She was not the kind of mother who would sit it out. I think Huck would say I'm that kind of mom to him."

Paisley makes sure to eat healthy. She shared her favorite salad recipe in an interview with Redbook. "I shred some carrots on top and add some craisins and pine nuts. The kids love it. I was at a restaurant the other day and my salad came with a little piece of chocolate on the side. It was so unexpected—but such a great way to serve it."

Paisley isn't afraid to speak out about things that are important to her. One thing she speaks out about is gun violence. In this Instagram post, she wore a t-shirt that said, "Protect kids. Not guns." Paisley captioned the post,  "Thinking of victims of gun violence today, especially in the latest school shooting in Iowa. Let's do better in 2024, please?"

As you can see from her Instagram post, Paisley spends a lot of time outside. This has a lot of benefits. UC Davis states, "Getting out into nature can lead us to want to walk, bike, hike, or kayak more often. People typically engage in regular physical activity when they're in nature. So, stepping outside can help you keep a healthy weight or even lose weight by increasing activity levels."
