3 QUESTIONS

...about The Idea of You

The much-anticipated film adaptation of The Idea of You is streaming on Prime Video. I asked Kelsey Weekman, who attended the world premiere, to tell us all about it.

Lily: What's this movie about?

Kelsey: Hayes (Nicholas Galitzine), a 24-year-old boy band member, and Solène (Anne Hathaway), a 40-year-old single mom, navigate a romance amid gaps in both age and fame.

Lily: You saw it. What did you think?

Kelsey: I thought it was both funnier and more heart-wrenching than the typical romantic comedy. I'd recommend it for fans of The Big Sick.

Lily: Real music from the movie's fictional boy band is streaming now. Is it worth listening to?

Kelsey: It is! The music for the film was co-written by some of the same people responsible for One Direction's debut single. "Dance Before We Walk" has "What Makes You Beautiful" vibes.

What's it like working with Anne Hathaway? Galitzine told Kelsey about it.
