Motorola Edge 50 Ultra

is now official. Lenovo-owned Motorola has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of its flagship smartphone — Motorola Edge 50 Ultra in global markets. The smartphone houses a 1.5K OLED display and is powered by a Qualcomm chipset. The smartphone sports a 50MP front camera and it is backed by a 4500 mAh battery.

Edge 50 Ultra comes with a price tag of 999 Euros (Rs 88,770) and it will be available in Asia, Europe and other select markets in the coming weeks.

The company has not yet revealed the India price and availability of the smartphone.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra specifications

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ display with 1220x2712 pixel resolution. The OLED display offers up to 144Hz refresh rate and up to 2500 nits peak brightness levels. The display of the smartphone is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top.

The flagship smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset paired with 16GB of RAM. The smartphone packs 1TB internal storage.

The dual SIM Motorola smartphone runs Android 14 operating system. Motorola Edge 50 Ultra sports a triple rear camera with 50MP main camera with f/1.6 aperture, 50MP 122° ultra-wide autofocus camera and 64MP 3X portrait telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture. Front is home to a 50MP auto focus camera with f/1.9 aperture.

The smartphone features stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos and 3 microphones. It comes with IP68 rating which makes the smartphone resistant to dust and water. The smartphone is backed by a 4500 mAh battery which comes with 125W TurboPower fast charging, 50W wireless charging, 5W reverse charging support.
