NEW DELHI:

Donald Trump

has taken to

Truth Social

to announce a collaboration with country artist Lee Greenwood for the sale of "God Bless the USA" Bibles in anticipation of Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

"In this Holy Week, let's embark on a mission to Make

America Pray Again

. I urge you to secure your copy of the God Bless The

USA Bible

," Trump expressed in a social media statement.

The

former US President

underscored the importance of having a Bible in every American household, stating that he owns multiple copies himself and that it is his most treasured book.

"I'm honored to support and urge you to acquire this Bible. It's crucial we rally to Make America Pray Again," Trump shared in his Truth Social video message.

Advertised as being inspired by the iconic American anthem "God Bless The USA," this unique edition of the Bible also incorporates significant American documents such as the United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and The Pledge of Allegiance, alongside a handwritten excerpt of "God Bless The USA."

The Bibles are marketed as being reader-friendly, featuring large print and a slim design, aimed at providing a comfortable reading experience in the King James Version format.

"Religion and Christianity are absent in our nation, and I firmly believe we must reintroduce them promptly," Trump elaborated, linking the loss of religious faith to the challenges facing the country.

It's specified that the sales of the God Bless The USA Bible are not associated with any political campaign, as per the website GodBlessTheUSABible.com.

This initiative arises amidst Trump's financial pressures due to legal battles and several criminal and civil charges. A recent appeal has provided some financial respite, reducing his bond payment to $175 million within ten days.

Previously obligated to settle a $454 million bond due to civil fraud charges by New York Attorney General Letitia James, Trump has agreed to comply with the appeals court's decision.

The promotional campaign for the "God Bless the USA" Bibles happens alongside Trump's prior ventures, such as his line of $400 sneakers launched earlier in the year.
