Shobana returns to Malayalam cinema after 4 years for Mohanlal's 360th film

Actress and danseuse Shobana unveiled plans for her much-awaited comeback in a Malayalam film after a hiatus of four years. The celebrated artist shared the news via Instagram video, expressing her eagerness to start on this new cinematic journey.

Shobana also revealed that she would be sharing the screen with none other than the legendary actor Mohanlal. This collaboration marks a milestone in Mohanlal's illustrious career, as the film in question will be his 360th venture and the 56th film featuring the dynamic duo of Mohanlal and Shobana. Shobana also took a moment to extend her congratulations to Mohanlal for the same. In her Instagram post, Shobana reflected on the passage of time, likening the four-year hiatus to mere minutes, and also mentioning 'L360,' to represent Mohanlal's 360th film.

Directing this project is director Tharun Murthy, who has also contributed to the script alongside Suni. The film is produced under the banner of Rajaputra Ranjith. Shobana's last appearance in Malayalam cinema was in the film 'Varane Avashyamund,' where she shared the screen with Suresh Gopi, Dulquer Salmaan, and Kalyani Priyadarshan.
