Sanjay Mashruwala, one of the two managing directors at Reliance Jio has decided to step down. Mashruwala has been the MD of the company since 2013. The development was announced by the company in a stock exchange filing. Mashruwala will leave Reliance Jio effective from June 9, the company said. Mashruwala, a Jio veteran, has been a key executive with Reliance since founder Dhirubhai Ambani's times and has been involved with several of its projects and business initiatives. The other managing director Pankaj Mohan Pawar will continue to serve in his role. Read full story
