Motif Pembunuhan Mantan Istri di Kubu Raya, Korban Minta Rp 2,5 Juta dan Cekcok

KUBU RAYA, KOMPAS.com - Motif WW membunuh mantan istrinya FT di sebuah rumah Gang Limbung, Kecamatan Sungai Raya, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat (Kalbar) terungkap.

Kepala Polisi Resor Kubu Raya AKBP Wahyu Jati Wibowo mengatakan, perbuatan tersebut bermula saat korban meminta uang Rp 2,5 juta namun tidak disanggupi.

"Dari permintaan uang itu akhirnya berujung cekcok di dalam kamar, korban mengeluarkan kata-kata kasar sehingga pelaku emosi," kata Wahyu kepada wartawan, Kamis (18/4/2024).

Wahyu menjelaskan, korban meminta Rp 2,5 juta untuk keperluan membayar utang dan kredit sepeda motor.

Saat cekcok, terang Wahyu, pelaku yang sempat mengancam akan membunuh malah ditantang kembali oleh korban.

"Mendengar tantangan itu, tersangka langsung mencekik leher korban namun terlepas, kemudian korban dicekik lagi sambil dijerat pakai kabel kipas angin," ucap Wahyu.

Setelah korban terbaring lemas, pelaku mengambil pisau kecil di atas lemari dan menusuk leher korban. Akibat tusukan tersebut korban meninggal dunia.

"Selanjutnya korban menyerahkan diri ke Polres Kubu Raya," ujar Wahyu.

Hasil penyelidikan sementara, pelaku tidak merencanakan pembunuhan tersebut. Namun pelaku merasa emosi setelah mendengar kata-kata kasar korban.

"Pelaku kami jerat Pasal 338 KUHPidana dengan ancaman 15 tahun penjara," tutup Wahyu.

Kepala Satu Reserse dan Kriminal Polres Kubu Raya AKP Ruslan Gani mengatakan, peristiwa pembunuhan terjadi di sebuah rumah di Gg Limbong, Kubu Raya, Selasa (16/4/2024) pukul 14.45 WIB.

Korban ditemukan oleh orangtua pelaku yang berada di dalam rumah.

Setelah menghabisi nyawa korban, terduga pelaku langsung kabur menggunakan sepeda motor.

Kepala Polisi Sektor Sungai Raya AKP Setyo mengatakan, jenazah korban sudah dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Angkatan Udara dr Mohammad Sutomo Kubu Raya.

Setyo menerangkan, peristiwa pembunuhan terjadi Selasa (16/4/2024) sore. Saat itu, korban ditemukan dalam keadaan meninggal dunia di dalam kamar rumahnya, Gang Limbung, Kubu Raya.

Berdasarkan keterangan warga sekitar, Setyo menjelaskan, sebelum kejadian pembunuhan, diketahui korban terlibat cekcok dengan mantan suaminya.
