Kemenhub Buka 18.017 Formasi CPNS dan PPPK 2024, Ini Rinciannya

KOMPAS.com - Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) mendapatkan jatah sebanyak 18.017 usulan formasi calon aparatur sipil negara (CASN) 2024.

Usulan kebutuhan ASN di lingkungan Kemenhub disetujui seluruhnya oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemenpan-RB).

Formasi yang ditetapkan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan pemerataan aksesibilitas pelayanan sektor transportasi di Indonesia.

"Kementerian PAN-RB mendukung penuh upaya Kemenhub dalam upaya pemenuhan dan pemerataan SDM sektor transportasi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Karenanya usulan kebutuhan ASN 2024 dari Kemenhub sebanyak 18.017 kita setujui 100 persen," kata Menteri PAN-RB Abdullah Azwar Anas, seperti dikutip Kompas.com, Jumat (19/4/2024).

Rincian formasi CASN 2024 Kemenhub

Lebih lanjut, Kemenhub akan membuka seleksi calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) dan pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK).

Total formasi yang dibuka terdiri dari 1.385 formasi CPNS Tenaga Teknis, 6 formasi CPNS Tenaga Kesehatan, 16.543 formasi PPPK Tenaga Teknis, dan 83 PPPK Tenaga Kesehatan.

Perlu diketahui, pengadaan CASN 2024 di lingkungan Kemenhub menjadi yang terbanyak selama 10 tahun terakhir.

Anas menambahkan, sektor transportasi atau perhubungan menjadi salah satu pilar kemajuan suatu bangsa.

Sehingga, diperlukan dukungan SDM pelaksana kebijakan dan penggerak eksekusi program transportasi baik transportasi darat, laut, udara, dan kereta api.

"Pengadaan tahun ini menjadi yang terbesar dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Harapan kami kebutuhan rencana strategis di Kemenhub lima sampai 10 tahun ke depan bisa diselesaikan melalui pengadaan tahun ini," jelas Anas.

Salah satu arah kebijakan pengadaan ASN 2024 yakni mendukung efektivitas kerja Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), dan Kemenhub telah mengalokasikan formasi untuk talenta digital dan pemenuhan ASN ke IKN.

Nantinya, sumber pengadaan ASN di IKN salah satunya dari pengadaan CASN 2024, baik melalui CPNS maupun PPPK.

Rencananya, seleksi CASN 2024 akan dimulai bulan Mei mendatang, dan akan dilakukan lebih dari satu kali dalam setahun.
