ST. LOUIS - Schnucks grocery store chain is recalling three cream cheese spreads due to potential salmonella contamination. Customers are advised to check their purchases for the following products:

• Schnucks Whip Cream Cheese Spread with a best by date of August 8th
• Schnucks Strawberry Spread with a best by date of September 8th
• Schnucks Cream Cheese Spread with a best by date of October 8th.

Affected products can be returned to any Schnucks location for a full refund or exchange.
