Possible OnePlus 13 design appears for the first time

Original source (on modern site)

We had no idea what the OnePlus 13 would look like, as some major changes were tipped. The alleged OnePlus 13 design did just appear, suggesting what the phone could look like. It's not exactly a direct leak, though.

Possible OnePlus 13 design appears online

What's going on here? Well, based on fixed focus digital's post on Weibo, this render shows a "guess diagram" based on "news from the outside world". You'll have to excuse the translation, as it's machine translation from the Chinese language.

It seems like the tipster has either seen the phone or is working off of the info provided to him. Regardless, the final product will look similar to what you can see below, it seems.

The phone 's backplate curves towards the sides, as we're used to seeing from OnePlus flagships. On the back, you'll notice a rectangular camera island that does not connect to the right side or anything of the sort.

Its camera island does resemble the one on the Xiaomi 14

This camera island does resemble the one on the Xiaomi 14, however. In any case, there are four cutouts inside of that camera, but only three camera sensors. You'll also notice an LED flash around the last cutout there.

You'll also notice Hasselblad's logo in between the cutouts inside the camera island. There's no OnePlus logo on the back here, probably because this is just a mockup of the design that's coming, not a direct leak or anything like that.

Based on this render, the phone will be made from metal and glass, as expected. OnePlus could adapt the final product, of course, and opt for a vegan leather backplate or something like that, we'll see.

This image also shows us that all the physical buttons sit on the right-hand side of the phone. That's basically everything we get to see here.

The OnePlus 13 will be one of the first phones to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor

The OnePlus 13 will be one of the first smartphones to utilize the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. The phone is expected to arrive in December this year. It will have high-end specifications, of course.
