A cancer dietitian has revealed the no-go list for reducing cancer risk, sharing her personal avoidance tactics in a viral Instagram video.

Nichole Andrews, an oncology specialist with over ten years of experience working with cancer survivors, has divulged the ten things she steers clear of to minimise her own cancer risk. In her latest "2024 edition" rundown, Nichole advises against swapping out fresh fruit and veggies for green powders and shuns the idea of buying organic produce.

She's also not on board with ketogenic or low carb diets and opts to skip alcohol entirely. Processed meats are another big no-no on her list, reports Gloucestershire Live.
