A chorus of boos rained down in the ninth inning of the Mets' 4-2 victory over the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday at Citi Field. The shouts of disapproval had nothing to do with the play transpiring on the field and everything to do with $1 hot dog night.

The Mets sold 44,269 hot dogs on Tuesday, and one fan in particular was taking full advantage of the promo. His enthusiasm eventually led to other fans throwing hot dogs his way until he was escorted by police and security out of the stadium.
