This is the third time the brand has sought bankruptcy protection since it first opened. The company is roughly $200 million in debt and wasn't able to rebound after the bankruptcy declared in 2017. According to a court filing, the CEO said the COVID-19 pandemic severely impacted the company.The Pittsburgh-based company had 540 stores and nearly 5,000 employees nationwide.

This is the third time the brand has sought bankruptcy protection since it first opened. The company is roughly $200 million in debt and wasn't able to rebound after the bankruptcy declared in 2017.
