A secret report into workplace culture in the Australian Border Force's marine unit has found that 100 per cent of women who responded to a survey witnessed "sex discrimination, sexual … and/or sex-based harassment". The report was one of two conducted by the Australian Human Rights Commission at the request of the Border Force. It found a "high prevalence of inappropriate workplace behaviours", which "pose a significant safety risk for officers and an institutional risk for the ABF."
