NORMAN, Okla. - Downed trees and power lines in Norman are the result of a possible tornado that moved through the area. News 9's Cameron Joiner was live at 24th and Robinson as crews begin the cleanup. The tornado-warned storm began SW of the Riverwind Casino, forcing occupants to take precautions. The path led towards the University of Oklahoma in Norman, which also put out a notice to students to take tornado precautions. By 9:50 p.m., OU had given the all-clear. Gov.
