Massachusetts State Police plan to file charges against a Salem woman involved in a car crash at Fenway Park Monday morning for motor vehicle offenses committed in Revere and East Boston, according to the department. It is unclear whether she'll face charges in connection with the Fenway Park crash.

State police spokesperson Dave Procopio identified the driver in the Fenway Park crash as 48-year-old Colleen Marie Gibbs in an email Monday afternoon. Boston police did not have information about possible charges against her in connection with the Fenway Park crash at that time.

Around 7 a.m., a driver in Revere flagged down a trooper to alert them that a Honda Accord in the area was being driven "erratically and aggressively," Procopio said. The trooper soon noticed the car and watched the driver — who was later identified as Gibbs — honk the horn at someone before speeding off.

The trooper then tried to pull Gibbs over, but she did not stop, Procopio said. Because of the traffic density in the area, the trooper did not pursue her. Instead, the trooper alerted other units in the area of her presence.

Then, around 7:30 a.m., troopers responded to reports of a hit-and-run crash at the entrance to the Ted Williams Tunnel in East Boston, Procopio said. They soon determined that Gibbs had hit two vehicles at the entrance to the tunnel and then fled the scene. No one in those vehicles was injured.

Gibbs was then involved in a crash at the U.S. Coast Guard base in Boston and at Fenway Park's C Gate, Procopio said.

Boston police received a 911 call about the single-vehicle crash at the stadium around 8:20 a.m. on Monday, a spokesperson said previously. Gibbs was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following the crash.

A photo of the crash posted to social media shows a sedan in front of a forklift. The car entered through Gate C and hit the forklift while a worker was removing staging from a weekend event, WCVB reported.

Gibbs was involved in an earlier crash at the intersection of Exeter and Boylston Streets in downtown Boston, the police spokesperson said previously. It was seen hitting multiple vehicles and may have gone the wrong way down a one-way street.
